$250 first month, then $500
Each new subscription is half off for the first month. After that the co-host pays $500 a month. The owner pays the co-host under the contract they pick. Those two payments stay separate.
- A territory and a lead list from two sources: owners who press Share, and a licensed rental feed.
- Pursue builds the lease-versus-Airbnb offer and the draft contract pack in your name.
- A pipeline from new lead to signed.
- Links to the channel manager, pricing, locks, and cleaners you run yourself.
The co-host fee is 20% of Airbnb accommodation revenue: the nightly rate and any extra-guest fee. Cleaning fees, taxes, and deposits stay outside the 20%.
The $500 stays off when a territory has no leads, when the license check is open, or when the state gate is closed. An empty list is not worth this price.
Card fees are about 2.9% plus 30 cents of the invoice Stripe charges. The first invoice is $250. Later invoices are $500.
