First build. Licensed-feed rows are sample fixtures. Stripe is in test mode. A card is not charged for real. This app stops at the signed contract.

Terms

These terms are the agreement between you and CoHost Software LLC for Co-host.

Last updated 28 October 2026.

The service

Co-host is a software workspace. CoHost Software LLC is not a law firm, a brokerage, or a property manager. You find the owner, you meet the owner, and you close. Income is not guaranteed.

Offer numbers that depend on occupied nights are projections. The page prints the assumption beside the numbers. Draft contracts are drafts. They are not legal advice and they are not a signed agreement until the people named in them sign.

The workspace stops at the signed contract. It does not run locks, cleaners, guest messages, or a guest checkout.

Price

The price is the price on the pricing page. The first invoice is half of the monthly price. Later invoices are the monthly price. Stripe processes the card. We do not start a subscription when the territory has no leads, when the license check is still open, or when the state gate is closed.

Accounts

You are responsible for the password and for the activity on the account. An owner account and a co-host account are different. Do not use a co-host login to save a home as the owner.

If you share a property, you must have the right to enter those facts. Do not paste information you are not allowed to use.

Leads and licenses

Leads come from owners who share them and from a rental feed. Until a data license is in place, feed rows are sample fixtures and the product says so. You may not export the list, resell it, or scrape a listing site to fill it.

You may pursue a lead only where you are allowed to do that work. An unlicensed account does not receive leads in a state the gate marks as license-required. A salesperson account does not receive leads until the license is verified and broker approval is recorded.

Acceptable use

Do not break the service, probe it without permission, or use it to mislead an owner about income or about who will do the work.

Stopping

You may stop using the workspace at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. Fees already charged are handled by the pricing page and by Stripe. Where the law requires a refund, we follow that law.

Liability

The workspace is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, CoHost Software LLC is not liable for lost income, a failed closing, or a decision you make from a projection. Where a limit is allowed, liability is capped at the fees you paid to CoHost Software LLC for Co-host in the three months before the claim.

Law

Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Florida are the venue, except where the law gives you a right to sue somewhere else that cannot be waived.
