You find furnished rentals that have sat, or you take an owner who shared their own numbers.

You meet that owner. The app prepares the lease-versus-Airbnb offer and a draft contract pack. You send it. The app does not email them on its own.

After they sign, you are the named full-access co-host on Airbnb. The owner keeps the payout method. You do not take their password.

Guests, cleaners, and keys stay in the tools you already run. This app links to them. It does not dispatch a cleaner or cut a code.

A licensed agent uses the same kit. The license is checked by a person against the state registry before leads arrive. A salesperson also needs the responsible broker’s approval recorded here.
