Who we are

CoHost Software LLC is a Florida limited liability company. We are the controller of personal information collected through Co-host. Write to privacy@co-host.xyz. We have not appointed a representative in the European Union or the United Kingdom.

What we collect

Account: name, email, and a one-way hash of the password. We do not store the password itself.

Co-host workspace: the states you select, the track you choose, license number, license role, brokerage name, and whether a broker approval is recorded. We use those fields to decide whether a lead may be shown.

Owner homes: the name, email, and optional phone you type, plus the address, rent, and other facts you enter. Co-hosts do not see the email or phone until you accept one introduction.

Billing: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. Stripe processes the card. We do not store the card number.

Session cookies, described on the cookie page. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies.

Why

To create the account, keep you signed in, show leads the rules allow, prepare an offer and a draft contract pack, and run the subscription.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the legal bases are the contract (the account and the subscription), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, and keeping the service working), and legal obligation where a record must be kept. We do not use consent for optional cookies, because we do not set any.

Where it is processed

The application is hosted on Vercel and the database is hosted on Neon, both in the United States. Stripe processes payments. If you are outside the United States, your information is processed in the United States.

How long

We keep account and property information while the account is open. Billing records are kept for as long as tax and dispute rules require. You may ask us to delete the account. We delete or detach what we are not required to keep.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context advertising. We share it with the hosts above so the product can run, and with a co-host only after an owner accepts that co-host’s introduction.

Sample feed rows are fixtures. They are not a file of real owners.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may complain to your supervisory authority. We answer requests within 30 days. Email privacy@co-host.xyz.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Children

Co-host is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
